Site Operations ManagerLocation All AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 90,000 to 91,000 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Supervisor » Penrose location » Varied & Challenging role » Competitive Salary We are looking for a proactive Site Operations Manager to lead, supervise, and control cost-effective operational activities at our Penrose depot site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the site's operational function, ensuring a healthy and safe working environment, and overseeing cost-effective operational activities at the Auckland and Christchurch sites. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control site operational function - Ensure effective asset management and accurate documentation for all product movements - Proactively manage repairs and maintenance programmes, including site critical certifications - Manage crate operation and unit cost actuals - Reconciliation of budget spend - Accurate payroll input and reconciliation - Forecasting and ensuring stock levels match - Manage/mentor and coach the team with a hands-on approach - Ensure compliancy with pro-active HS&E requirements Our client is looking for a positive, self-motivated and influential person who has passion to continuously seek improvement and initiate change. A person who can multi-task, is resilient, and accountable. You should have experience with stock control, be logical managing a maintenance schedule, understands volume vs costs, and keeps to budget as much as possible.
