We can't guarantee the road won't be bumpy, and full of unusual twists and turns, what we can guarantee is an exciting and fulfilling path! The Senior Project Manager - Planning and Integration is responsible for establishing and maintaining integrated control plans for several programme design and investment workstreams. They will be responsible for readying business cases for future construction builds, and a lease-build construction project, ensuring the use of recognised project management methodologies and techniques. In agreement with the Programme Manager they will be responsible for driving workstreams and the projects to prosperous completion. You will be someone who has project management as a core discipline, understands project management processes and their importance, and has worked within an environment outsourcing large construction projects. Within this function We are seeking for someone who can support, manage and implement strong PM processes and practices across our projects, while also holding a hands-on PM function. Critical to our environment are strong stakeholderengagement and relationship management expertise, especially across Mana Whenua. You will need to demonstrate a high level of knowledge working in a tikanga M?ori context and be skilled working in complex environments. We work in an agile environment which will see you at times leading a team, while at other times contributing as a team player.
