The function involves: » Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders. » Serving food and beverages to guests. » Clearing tables and returning dishes to the kitchen. » Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register. » Recommending wines and beverages to compliment food. expertise, practice & Qualifications Required It would be an advantage for the prosperous candidate to have: » At least 1 year practice in a similar hospitality function, and » Excellent verbal communication expertise. Key Details Job location: Punakaiki on the West Coast of the South Island Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rotating roster, including weekends.
