About the function
As an practiced generalist we're looking for you to play a key function in in the delivery of HR Advisory services to our diverse stakeholder group.
This is a great opportunity to support our business supporting the community by providing informed and value-added HR and employment advice and guidance covering a range of people issues. As a senior professional, you'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge and skills and coach and mentor our team of HR Advisors to grow and develop their knowledge of delivering an exceptional HR Service.
Skills and practice
As no two days are the same, you'll be well used to working in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of internal stakeholders. Your proven skills at building strong relationships, coupled with the capability to identify pragmatic and significant solutions to a variety of people issues will set you up for success. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
• A high level of practice prosperously delivering operational human resource services effectively and efficiently, in a challenging and fast paced environment.
• A proven capability to quickly develop, foster and maintain excellent working partnerships with stakeholders and management at all levels
• A genuine passion for coaching and supporting others around building their capcapability
