The function of Regional Talent & leadership abilities Lead reports to the Director, People, Practice and Capcapability and works closely with the Senior Regional leadership abilities Team. You will undertake talent mapping and deliver core leadership abilities development programmes within the region in conformity with our leadership abilities development framework. The function will be accountable for ensuring access to available opportunities for development aligned with the region’s business requirements, people plan and H?kai Rangi strategy.
We’re looking for a strategic connector and enabler to identify, develop and mobilise talent in our region.

Recognised as an expert and champion of talent management and development frameworks, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
   » practice in the design and delivery of leadership abilities development programmes and interventions
   » Proven success in coaching and supporting the development of emerging and new leaders through to senior leaders
   » practice and knowledge of talent mapping methodologies
   » broad knowledge of and practice in identifying adult learning needs and options for development
   » Advanced interpersonal expertise with the capability to build trust, rapport, empathy and knowledge with people leaders
   » practice in and use of feedback, culture and team development tools as well as leadership abilities development diagnostics
   » Pragmatic in providing support to managers on ways in which they can experiment and lgain in the flow of work
It will be a given that you have an knowledge of differing worldviews and cultural capcapability as this function will be focused on our H?kai Rangi strategy.
