However, the overview is you're going to take the lead on software development, develop stakeholder relationships, overview design and architecture, and ensure delivery of technical objectives. Personal Criteria: You'll be a strong communicator in all forms, be a collaborator, flexible yet agile in your approach, customer focused - both internally and externally - and be hands-on as well as being able to. Technical expertise We're after someone who has been at the forefront of software development within a complex organisation, and who understands the importance of Security and Performance Risk relating to development.
