What We are seeking for: » Minimum 6 months practice as a section waiter. » capability to speak confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages. » Confidence managing and maintaining a multiple-table section whilst following a strict sequence of service. » Excellent communication expertise and work well with colleagues, both front and back of house. » A solid knowledge of service etiquette along with proficiency in the mechanics of service. » A commitment to excellence along with an appreciation for the little things that add up to create a memorable practice for our guests. » A genuine appreciation for food and wine. » You will have worked to high service standards and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. » A desire to make your mark and contribute to the team and success of the restaurant.
