The function • Providing skills and advise to Managers and working closely with other members of the People and Culture group ensuring a professional and effective service. • this function reports directly to the Head of People and Culture. • To support Managers with advice and coaching, resources, tools, and templates to strengthen and improve the ER capcapability. tasks • Provide a proactive employment relations service. • Review employment practices, policies, and procedures. • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships. • Perform internal audits and investigations. • Develop business’s relationships. • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops. • Lead ER projects. • Identify process improvement opportunities. Skills & practice • practice in Health is desirable but not essential • Minimum 4 years’ practice in ER • knowledge of change management processes. • practice using Information technology applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • capability to manage projects effectively • capability to adapt quickly and easily to a changing environment • Excellent communications skills.
