Driver Operator - Class 2 with WTR endorsementLocation WanganuiManawatu Job type Temporary Salary 26 to 27 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Machine Operators » Temporary to Permanent Opportunity! » Rangitikei/Whanganui area based role » Immediate Start As an Experienced Class 2 driver and Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers Operator, you will be a key player in the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment equipped with wheels, tracks, or rollers. Your responsibilities will include: »Machine Operation: Operate various machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, or compactors, equipped with wheels, tracks, or rollers, to perform tasks such as grading, excavation, or compaction. »Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines during all operations. »Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify any issues and report maintenance needs promptly. »Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment with wheels, tracks, or rollers and a class 2 licence holder. » »Licenses: Valid WTR licence and relevant certifications for operating specific types of machinery. Hours of work Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday. Must be avaliable to work Public Holidays. This role is based in the Whanganui region. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment drug screen and complete a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal records check.
