Information technology involves being service focussed, implementing new systems, performing as a team member, and food and beverage service management . The prosperous applicant will have at least two years of formal service practice and sound expertise of wine service practices. Training and support will be given to align classic service standards with our contemporary style. We specialize in Pasta made with quality ingredients and traditional methods with a small but intentional beverage list. An interest in current restaurant trends will be an advantage. We expect industry standards to be upheld while aiming to exceed. This position reports to the owner’s and collaborates with a small but tight knit team of service professionals. The position is mainly evening service with two lunch shifts per week. The prosperous candidate will: i. Have at least two years restaurant service practice ii. Be versatile, able to hold down a busy wait station, bar, coffee machine and kitchen pass iii. Be available to work evenings iv. Be confident and capable v.
