Job Offer: Manager- Stakeholder Relationships:Public Service CommissionJob description:Job DescriptionTe Kawa Mataaho Public Service Commission leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.Government has prioritised the closure of gender and ethnic pay gaps and the achievement of pay equity. To deliver this, a dedicated group, the Equal Pay Group/Te Tai Pari has been established. This exciting new function will play the key function in providing leadership abilities and advice across the group, building robust stakeholder relationships especially outside of the core public sector. this function will scope, lead, and manage projects across government and the private sector to deliver Equal Pay. To be prosperous in this function you will have a passion for equity and drive to make a difference, the expertise and practice to work across the Public Service, unions, and private sector organisations, and skill in superviseing consultation and engagement and stakeholder management with system leaders, Ministers, agencies, Board Chairs and Chief Executives.
