We are seeking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys a varied workload, and has a availability to learn. The function will involve: – Providing support to the Manager Workplace and Administration and the wider Organisational Performance and Capcapability team – Reception cover, telephone enquiries, administrative and facility tasks – General office everyday tasks to include, collecting newspapers, distributing mail and office supplies, assisting with meeting room management We are seeking for someone who has: – Excellent communication expertise to build and maintain relationships – Energy and flexibility to support staff requests – Proactive, uses initiative – Can demonstrate stakeholder management expertise. – capability to produce high quality work with attention to detail This position is a crucial function in supporting the day-to- day activities at Te Kawa Mataaho within the Workplace and Administration Team. this function is a key part of our operating and effectiveness for our office operations. About us: This position sits within the Whakatutukitanga ?-Whakahaere | Organisational Capcapability and Performance group, which enable the business and ensures Te Kawa Mataaho is fit for the future.
