Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch service to their customers. They are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team on a casual, on-call basis.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will assist with the dispatch of orders to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
   » Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and resolve issues.
   » Provide accurate information about products and services.
   » Assist with the dispatch and coordination of orders to ensure efficient delivery.
   » Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
   » Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality.
Qualifications:
   » Previous customer service experience is essential.
   » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   » Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
   » Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
   » Flexible availability for on-call shifts.
