We are pursuing a Demi Chef de Partie to join our practiced team in the kitchen Subsidised accomodation available only minutes from work, uniforms provided, meals whilst on duty, 2 days off per week Blanket Bay is a world renowned luxury lodge that caters to a discerning international clientele. Demi Chef de Partie Position We are seeking for a professional chef. You should be a team player and have the capability to follow direction, as you will be working with high end ingredients. This is a unique and challenging function, where your creativity and capability is actively encouraged to develop your expertise further, creating memorable practices for our discerning clientele. If you're confident about wanting to lgain more working along side our multicultural team our Michelin star practiced chefs this is your next step! A background in fine dining restaurants and/or Michelin, Relais Chateaux or similar recognised properties and/or Luxury Lodges is preferable. You must be willing to learn, be guest focused and have a passion for wanting to provide great service and a high standard of product. Blanket Bay offers a 'family' work culture and is ideal for those who love the outdoors and a balanced work/play lifestyle. Accommodation is available in fully furnished staff houses in Glenorchy . Your own transport (car or motorbike) is a necessity, as is a current work visa if you are a non resident.
