We are seeking for an Inward Goods agent to assist their operation for a 1 month assignment.
In this function you will be responsible for:
   »
Receiving goods delivered to site (food, beverage, cleaning supplies etc.)
   »
Distribution of the goods to the right department
   »
Checking invoices and enter all the data for the orders into the software system
   »
Liaising with suppliers re. site access/ drop-off etc
   »
Assisting with loading/unloading, safe storage etc
To qualify for the function, you will need:
   »
Previous Inward Goods practice essential
   »
Excellent computer literacy and numeracy expertise are a must
