About the function this function manages all the accounts payable functions for the business, working closely with all retailers and customers. You are responsible for processing all the day to day invoices however we’d also like someone to come whose going to contribute to refining and improving processes over time. The core responsibilities of the function are: » Process all invoices ensuring payment is made by the due date » Reconciling all payments to ensure the balance sheet is accurate » Ensure correct coding for invoices and filing » Manage payment runs weekly, processing credits and cash backs all in a timely manner » FX payments » Reporting and general tasks for the wider finance team The Ideal Person We are seeking for someone who is a whizz accounts payable agent, due to the level of the function AP practice is essential. this function requires you to think on your feet, with the big picture always in mind, while retaining attention to detail to ensure invoices, payments and coding are all accurate. You must have a cooperative team attitude, great phone manner and a friendly valuable personality. SAP practice is ideal, but if you’ve got strong Information technology expertise and are competent with other software, we are still interested.
