This is a fast-paced environment so We are seeking for someone who works well under pressure and makes good decisions during peak times. Overall your goal will be to build a substantial reputation with our clients, creating long term relationships and a good word of mouth Brief responsibilities - Welcome customers and guide them to the ideal beauty station. - Call and email consumers to confirm the appointments. - Offer refreshments and engage in conversation with clients who are waiting in our salon's waiting room. - Respond to customers' questions about the salon's beauty services and make appointment times for them. - When necessary, place an order and have brochures and business cards created for the salon. - When appropriate, cross sell services and products.
