They are seeking an practiced Telephone Account Manager for a position located in Burnside. the function In this function, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships by: - Taking inbound calls from customers and finding solutions to their problems - Case management and resolution of issues using Salesforce - Conducting onsite visits to support customers as required - Processing and coordinating orders and installations - Maintaining a customer call cycle - Seeking opportunities to upsell to the customer or finding leads for the field reps ideal candidate Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years practice in both a customer service and a B2B sales environment.
