They are a team of 70 with 20 in the office specialising in HVAC maintenance and servicing. The function this function will be working alongside the accountant, and Information technology has come available due ot the person who was originally in this function has moved on after 17 years. They don’t have a high turnover as they really value their staff and pride themselves on working as a tight knit team. You will be carrying out the Payroll and Accounts as well as supporting the Service Coordinators with Fleet Management and general admin tasks. this function does also include working in operations and doing a bit of data entry. Core expertise You will have exceptional communication expertise and like to work in a busy environment where you will be kept busy. This is a fast-paced position so you will have the capability to handle a larger workload. You will have Finance or Payroll practice and be adaptable to helping out where you are needed. You will be a people person and have the capability to multitask as well as have a great sense of humour.
