The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional legal solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: » Advise clients on a range of commercial legal issues, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and risk management. » Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and documents. » Conduct legal research and provide insights on regulatory changes affecting clients' businesses. » Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings as necessary. » Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive service delivery. What You'll Need: » LLB or equivalent law degree; an LLM is a plus. » Current admission to practice law from NZLS. » 3+ years of experience in commercial law post-qualififcation. » Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. » Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. » Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
