The Organisation With an office of around 70 staff – this organisation really cares about their employees, and everyone is really passionate about what they’re doing for the community. located in Thorndon you will be a part of a supportive team environment and contribute to supporting the leadership abilities team. They make sure to check in with staff to see how things are going and if you need any support and have implemented a 4-day working week to give staff the break they deserve. The function The purpose of this function is to provide exceptional administration services to the Chief Executive and leadership abilities Team, including providing support for meetings and diary management. The Business Support Coordinator is also responsible for a wide variety of business administration including general support for internal and external meetings, preparing or supporting others to prepare presentations and reports, and supporting the wider organisation and others in the Business Support team as required. Core expertise You will be comfortable taking minutes and supporting a team of 7 (who are all pretty self-sufficient). You will have 2+ years of practice in an Administration function ideally supporting senior management and you’ll have great communication and organisational expertise. They are also after someone who is good at proofreading/formatting and has strong expertise of Microsoft products.
