   » Continually drive for better ways of operating core people processes
   » Provide generalist P&C services to all employees
   » Design and drive initiatives
   » Provide advice on any ER issues that arise
   » Review all recruitment & orientation processes
   » Complete documentation as required
   » Ensure policies and processes are in compliance with current New Zealand legislation
 
expertise & practice
   » 3-5 years’ practice within a similar function preferred.
   » capability to prioritise and deliver on tight timeframes
   » Excellent written and oral communication expertise
   » Proven relationship management expertise
   » Strong attention to detail
