Additional expertise in VMware & MS SQL are a beneficial • Previous practice in cloud technologies – demonstrable practice supporting and managing cloud-located applications. • Highly developed documentation & communication expertise – able to translate the technical into non-technical. • Competent mentoring others and being an escalation point within the team and wider group, and a strong desire to deal with real problems, to learn, be curious, love technology, and be a team player who wants to contribute positively. • practice with some or all of the following – managing servers and backups (VEEAM), DNS/DHCP, practice managing Microsoft licensing, Basic knowledge of Active Directory (Group Policy, PowerShell scripting), Windows 10/11, SCCM, Endpoint/Intune, Exchange Admin, Defender for Endpoint, ServiceNow Administration/Developer, Firmware, driver and application roll out, Hardware and Software/Application Troubleshooting, Polycom practice for meeting room support • capability to hold a national clearance if required How to Apply?
