About the Employer :
This is a great opportunity working for an innovated architect firm who specalise in commercial, hospitality and residential design across NZ. They work with some very well-known brands and pride themselves on their exceptional work delivered.
You will be in their stunning head office located in the CBD, close to plenty of public transport and cafes. This is an exciting time to join as the company is growing, hence the reason they are bringing on board this newly developed function. This company pride themselves on their amazing culture where you will feel like a very valued part of the team. You will be working with a very talented and creative team.
About the function:
This is a varied function where you will be supporting two directors as well as managing the office. You will be the first point of contact for all clients coming into the studio- having professional customer service is key. You will also supervise organizing exciting events for the team, including trips to Queenstown and Waiheke!
Personal adjunct:
   » You will be supporting two talented and personable directors in the business, which will involve:
   » Dairy and email management
   » Calendar management
   » Scheduling meetings and appointments
   » Arranging flights, accommodation
   » Supporting presentations and other specific projects
Office management:
   » You will be ensuring the day to day running of the office is smooth and seamless
   » Ensuring the office is kept organized and tidy
   » Managing all incoming calls
   » You will be leading the studio’s social culture by hosting the weekly teams’ drinks, celebrations, weekends aways, birthdays and Christmas parties.
About you:
   » Love working in a busy fun environment
   » Can manage high pressure well
   » 2 + years’ practice in a similar function
   » Exceptional customer service expertise
   » Excellent communication expertise, verbal and written
   » Previous practice with Microsoft office suite
