About the function: You will be leading a team of practicedprofessionals, and also look after your own portfolio of key clients. Specific tasks will include: » Team management and support: » Managing your team and supporting them with escalated client queries » Create a positive and energetic team morale » Facilitating performance reviews and development sessions with your team Client portfolio management: » Build excellent client relationships » Conducting regular client visits and reviews » Supporting the team with escalated client queries » Supporting customers with end-to-end freight forwarding process, including regulatory requirements and documentation » Up-sell and deliver value add services » Regularly communicate up to date information on shipments to clients » Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with documentation and process » Work closely with the operations,transport, customs teams etc to ensure client satisfaction About you: » You will have at least 5 years freight forwarding practice in a Sea Logistics Export environment » You will come from a management background where you had to lead and support a team » practice in dealing with escalated complaints » You will have excellent practice in delivering Customer Service in an Import/Export Sea Logistics environment » You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal What's in Information technology for you: » Flexibility in working arrangements » Subsidised health insurance for yourself and immediate family » Gym membership » Confidential EAP services » great training, learning and development opportunities » Excellent career growth opportunities Apply online immediately if you are ready to take thenext step in your professional career.
