As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery and addressing any breakdowns or issues promptly and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities: » Maintain all machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. » Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all machines. » Collaborate with operators and team leaders to meet maintenance requirements. » Identify and address potential machine issues before they escalate. » Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers. » Conduct regular maintenance checks on all machinery. » Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, minimizing downtime. » Troubleshoot and implement solutions for machine issues. » Ensure machinery has necessary safety measures in place. » Improve machinery reliability to increase overall performance. » Assist in the installation of new equipment. » Foster a positive culture of communication and collaboration. Key Requirements: » Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role. » Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting. » Proficiency in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs. » Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. » Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. » Physical fitness and ability to work independently.
