We are a focused and committed team who takes pride in creating a wonderful customer practice and our Library & Council Services adjuncts play a vital part in ensuring this happens. In this function, you will be contributing to the day to day running of the library, support the running of library programmes, and answering a wide variety of enquiries from customers about library services. We have multiple permanent 22-hour opportunities available which includes rostered weekends. While you’ll be mainly located in the R?nui community library, there will be opportunities for you to work at other libraries within the Henderson-Massey Local Board. He k?rero m?u: About you Your natural capability to relate well with people of all ages and backgrounds, excellent communication expertise, and strong digital expertise will ensure that you are able to prosperously engage with our customers. You are someone who prides yourself on providing an excellent level of customer service, keen to lgain new expertise and new ways to engage with our diverse and vibrant community. As digital troubleshooting is an important part of this function, you will be expected to be familiar with digital technology and able to comfortably impart that expertise to our customers.
