We have 3 Duty Manager positions available at Water Bar, located on the beautiful Wanaka Lakefront.
Listing description You will be resposible for day to day running of a mix of day/night shifts, including bar/restaurant service, pokies, liasing with kitchen, handling customer feedback, training new staff, stock management input on cocktail menu and development, cash reconciliation, ensuring compliance to the sale and supply of alcohol act and health and safety procedures, opening and closing of the premises, reporting to the General Manager and other tasks as required.
Minimum hours of work are 30hrs per week
LCQ certificate is desirable but we are happy to support the right person in gaining the qualification
Minimum of 6 months practice of bartending and serving.
