About our group The Web and Applications Services team provides Business Analysis, Development, and Testing services for over 60 priority business applications. About the function We have a great opportunity for an practiced Lead Business Analyst. The function sits within the Application Delivery Funding team which is part of a much wider ICT capcapability. The key focus for the function is to provide work planning and management over multiple business analysts within a project which covers several business groups. About you As the ideal candidate you will need to have a minimum of four to five years’ practice as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst and bring a range of expertise and practice in the following areas: » practice and expertise with Agile delivery methodologies Scrum, Kanban, LEAN is a must have for our current teams » practice in planning and managing the work across multiple BA’s and business groups ensuring the key stakeholders are involved » Excellent relationship, communication and writing expertise » You will be practiced in analysing complex issues and developing effective options for action » Success in gathering and analysing business requirements across different user groups and provide advice on business solutions » Ensure that the team’s practice and processes are in place and updated and regularly reviewed and maintained We are an organisation that values our staff; we offer flexible work hours and provide opportunity for personal development and learning.
