In this role, you will work under the direction of Shift Team Leaders and Production Coordinators to safely operate our processing facility and meet production requirements while maintaining quality standards. This position involves working on a weekly rotating 12-hour split shift pattern, including day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: » Safely operate processing equipment to meet production goals and quality standards. » Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures, and comply with all SOPs and Manufacturing instructions. » Identify and report errors in documentation, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. » Perform daily responsibilities including plant cleaning, loading/unloading materials, packing products, material movement, and monitoring processing operations. » Troubleshoot processing issues and collaborate with team members to implement solutions. » Contribute to process innovation and streamlining initiatives. » Communicate effectively and possess accurate written and numeracy skills. » Lift up to 25kg, work at heights, and climb ladders as required. Qualifications: » Proven experience as a Processing Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. » Ability to work effectively on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including day and night shifts. » Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. » Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot processing issues. » Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform duties at heights and on ladders. » Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and numerical tasks. » Forklift and truck driving experience, with valid licensing (preferred).
