About the organisation:
This organisation embarked some time back on a major and bold restructure of their ERP systems, with a decision to replace a large number of legacy systems with the latest technology specialising in their sector. Scenario: We are after an accomplished Trainer to develop the training for a phase of the implementation that is about to go live. This client had someone ready to go, but personal circumstances have prevented this proceeding - hence the urgency! The length of the project will be determined by time availcapability of the prosperous person, but we would estimate 1-2 months. About you: You will be an accomplished training and learning specialist, tertiary qualified in a significant field, and preferably have achieved additional learning and training in contemporary practices. You will need to demonstrate the capability to adeptly undertake training and learning in a virtual environment. You'll have exceptional communication expertise, and exude a high level of confidence when delivering and communicating to your audience. practice in a large complex entity is essential, as is undertaking work on a large multi-faceted project. Because this is a key function in the implementation, you'll need demonstrate a track record of end-to-end L&D, plus capcapability to be hands-on as well. advantages: We have placed a number of key people on this project to date, and feedback is very positive around the environment and culture, and desire of participants to learn.
