If this sounds like you then read on!Baycourt Community & Arts Centre (as part of the Tauranga City Council wh?nau) is on the hunt for an amazing Visitor practice Manager to join our never-a-dull-moment team. this function is a crucial member of the team, managing and delivering exceptional visitor practices through the provision of front of house and hospitality functions, and membership services. Some of the nuts and bolts of the function will include: » Managing a team of casual event staff » Developing and implementing initiatives and training programmes that continuously improve the quality and efficiency of front of house, hospitality and customer services » Maximising return visitation and food and beverage revenue opportunities » Managing venue presentation » Being part of an awesome team!
