expertise, Resources and Information Manager:MentalhealthJob description:Job DescriptionWe're looking for a high performing expertise, Resources and Information Manager to support our Resource & Information Service (RIS) Team. This position manages the processes which Mental Health Foundation (MHF) develops and disseminates expertise and analysis both internally and externally.The function combines operational management, organisational development and leadership abilities of tactical and strategic use of expertise, analysis and information. It manages a small team as well as key external relationships and contractors. The team operates an established base of resources, production and distribution systems, and information dissemination processes. As a new function there is considerable scope to develop the strategic and operational approaches to expertise and information, the systems, processes and relationships needed to implement them. If you have 5 years practice in providing high level team management, process development and leadership abilities, and want to make a positive difference to people's lives, we want to hear from you! The key responsibilities in this function include managing the process of curating MHF's collective expertise, analysis and research base (including m?tauranga M?ori and lived practice expertise). Managing the Resource and Information Service to: * provide up to date accessible information and resources on mental health and wellbeing to the public and the mental health sector. * supervise the production and distribution of MHF resources. * support the research and analysis that informs all MHF resources, campaigns, advocacy and programs. * support evaluation processes. * support expertise and analysis development across MHF staff. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this function. expertise of mental health, wellbeing and or suicide avoidance would be useful but is not essential. The focus of the function is on the process of developing and disseminating expertise and skills, not on being the expert.
