As a Senior Business Analyst in the Maori Health Team, you will: » Be responsible for applying health service design and commissioning knowledge to support kaupapa Maori solutions » improve the way, we design and commission kaupapa Maori solutions by identifying opportunities that continually improve our systems » address and remove barriers for Maori and help shape design and commissioning, so that we enable quality practices and results for kiritaki/client and whanau What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » knowledge of the design and commissioning cycle » practice working in complex organisations, and an capability to influence and interact with diverse stakeholders at different levels » Proven capability to work closely in teams (especially agile teams), particularly in the context of a multi-disciplinary, cross-sector partnership environment » practice applying analytical expertise that result in well understood and defined processes, procedures and requirements » practice in monitoring and managing end-to-end service propositions is desirable » Highly developed oral and written communication expertise » capability to understand complex data models and extract information efficiently and correctly Proven practice and/or significant qualification in one or more of the following: » Health and discapability sector » Customer practice » Business process and rules To tell you a little more about us, you will have a home team in the Shared Capcapability Business Analysis Practice where we have a strong team of practiced Senior BAs as your backbone to support how you deliver your work. Working at ACC The starting income will be between $97,888 and $138,194 depending on expertise and practice of the prosperous applicant. ACC also offers additional 9% superannuation.
