Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function This newly created function will establish and manage an efficient system of policies and procedures that control and enhance ACC treasury activities from an operational and reporting perspective. Responsibilities include: » leading the operating cash flow forecasting process and developing an operating cash management strategy, ensuring we use our cash resources to their maximum potential whilst considering ACCs risk profile and appetite » managing the strategic relationship with ACC Investments and influencing other relationships internally so that strong internal controls and financial management policies are championed and monitored » joining the Finance and Planning leadership abilities team and engaging with the Executive and senior leaders on the strategic direction for the function. Ko wai koe – About you Your background will include treasury management practice, ideally from within a Crown Entity environment, and strategic financial management practice from within a large, complex, and diverse organisation. Youll have a proven track record of risk and change management and be practiced building and maintaining senior level stakeholder relationships. The prospect of building treasury processes, procedures and controls will intrinsically appeal to you, and youre willing to be hands on in the work to get this done. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
