Our client has a new requirement for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with Contact Centre practice for a 6 month contract.
To be prosperous for this function, you will need to have the following expertise and practice:
   » Strong practice in Technical BA functions
   » Contact centre expertise and ideally practice
   » Agile practice - including writing User Stories and using Kanban boards
   » practice working on large migration projects
   » AWS technology exposure
What's in Information technology for you:
   » Up to $120 per hour (excl. GST) for the right expertise and practice
   » 6 month contract, with likely extension
   » Free Professional Indemnity Insurance
   » CBD location, with some work in the house flexibility
   » Close support all over the duration of the contract
