ACC has been improving the lives of New Zealanders since 1974. As part of the team, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen.
We are pursuing a Policy Administration Specialist to join the Policy Administration team within Business Customer Operations.
The Policy Administration Specialist is responsible for managing escalated and complex customer interactions to the Policy Administration team by providing expert support. A key focus is to actively identify continuous improvement opportunities across all business customer contact points. You are required to be a subject matter expert in projects and initiatives.

   » You have excellent verbal and written communication expertise with the capability to build strong relationships across the organisation and senior stakeholders.
   » You’re naturally confident and feel comfortable developing and presenting training material to a variety of groups.
   » Looking for opportunities to continuously improve ways of working as we work towards a seamless practice for our Business Customers.
   » You will be comfortable handling escalated queries and adept at applying a customer focused approach to problem solving.
   » practice in working with data to execute analysis and inform the business of trends, areas of improvement and/or actions.
   » You are solution focussed and enjoy networking with the wider Business Customer team to reach the right outcome. You will also have a proven track record of a continuous improvement mind-set.
