   » Help lead our team of Integrity Advisors in the delivery of professional integrity work in the detection, avoidance and response to fraud, waste and abuse
   » Manage a team of Integrity Advisors located in Christchurch and Wellington

ACC’s vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury: Improving lives every day. The Integrity Services Team are responsible for protecting ACC from fraud, waste and abuse . We continue to extend to a preventative approach, working with data-driven insights to engage internally and externally to increase consciousness and drive improved behaviour.
We require an practiced people leader to manage a team of Integrity advisors working in a continuous delivery environment to deliver timely integrity interventions and advice, and to continue extending this to a range of expert services and projects that support teams across ACC. You will lead a team of seven individuals in Christchurch and Wellington, and work closely with the integrity leadership abilities team to ensure timely and fit-for-purpose delivery of services.
We are seeking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
   » An practiced people leader that can manage a diverse team to extend delivery to a variety of services and improvement initiatives
   » capability to model, coach, and mentor integrity expertise with a focus on team culture and performance to ensure quality, customer-focussed delivery in an agile environment
   » Engage, collaborate with, and support the leadership abilities team, wider teams, and Product Owners
   » Interest in contributing to leading and developing professional practice in protecting ACC from fraud, waste and abuse expertise and/or practice of integrity or operational risk management is useful but not mandatory
