About our group and team
The Education Workforce group comprises workforce strategy and planning, contracts and implementation, and employment relations, including collective bargaining and pay equity. The group supports the sector to build a workforce that has the capcapability and capacity to deliver high-quality practice and can support innovation across the system to lift student achievement.
About this function
As Executive adjunct, you will help the Associate Deputy Secretary to achieve their goals by managing their diary, meeting deadlines, organising events, and linking up with other Senior Leaders and teams.
About you
this function is fast-paced and will exercise your powers of initiative, tact, and judgement. Ideally, you will be a masterly multitasker able to deal with ambiguity and ensure effective management of the Associate Deputy Secretary’s schedule and priority activities.
To excel in this function, you will have as follows:

   » The capability to build strong personal relationships with a wide variety of people
   » A track record of delivering quality work under pressure
   » practice supporting a senior leader
