For this job you should have the following experience: » Good I.T. skills - confident with Salesforce, Excel, Word and reporting » Must have great attention to detail » Flexible » Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) » Capable of data entry of sales orders » Liaising with customers, transport providers, customs agents, internal staff » Maintaining customer specific stock » Processing credits » Month End reports » General administration - i.e. office supplies » Answering incoming calls You should have a full NZ Drivers Licence, no criminal history, be a NZ Citizen or a Permanent Resident too.
