Accounts Payable agent:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionWe’re on the hunt for a new permanent Accounts Payable agent. located in our Corporate and Finance group, you’ll be working with a supportive team who enjoy the mahi they do. We are a large, complex, and interesting organisation and can offer practice in areas that you may not have come across before.Mo tenei turana mahi – About this function As our Accounts Payable agent, youll be responsible for processing invoices (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), managing purchasing card administration, reimbursements, reconciliations, and providing customer service both internally and externally. This is a great opportunity to use your expertise in a function that offers variety and the chance to gain practice in learning how several different systems integrate into our core financial system. This is a full-time, permanent function, located in Wellington. Ko wai koe – About you The function will suit Somebody with an enquiring mind and a good knowledge of basic accounting principles. You’ll have previous practice from an Accounts Payable function and a natural capability to quickly lgain new systems and processes. We’re looking for you to be well organised, with excellent communication expertise. You’ll have initiative, sound judgement, and a desire to provide quality customer service that is accurate, consistent, and timely.
