About the Position This position will see you providing support to the Operations manager ensuring all import and export documentation and arrangements are processed and completed as smoothly and efficiently as possible! Working within the Operations team, you’ll be working in a varied and stimulating function, liaising across departments at head office level; including Sales, Marketing, and will be the glue that ensures clients, and external partners are kept up to date and always informed on shipping ETA’s and processes! You’ll be kept busy receiving and entering customer orders, managing purchase orders, liaising with freight forwarders, updating, and advising on product pricing and ensuring documentation and all involved parties are kept up to date and filed in a ‘easy to find’ system. This is a full-time function that will commence immediately as a temporary position, however, will lead to a permanent position.
