The function
You will work on building a recruitment portfolio of clients and candidates in this fast-paced and unpredictable market. Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Build strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
• Create candidate attraction strategies.
• Working closely with the team to source the best talent in the market.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs.
• Contribute to the office by meeting and exceeding goals and targets.

expertise and practice:
To be prosperous in securing this function you will ideally have:
• Previous recruitment practice managing a Policy or Information technology desk.
• A natural relationship builder who is likable, personable, and charismatic.
• The confidence to pick up the phone and proactively approach candidates and new clients.
• Be tenacious, competitive, resilient, & enjoy working towards Success!
