They supply product into various channels including FMCG, Foodservice, Route. This is a client who to this day still produces some product by hand to really hit home on their point of difference. They take pride in their brand, they lead from the front and support their people by heavily investing in them to be the best of the best in the business. The function Reporting into the Production manager your first 2-4 weeks will be structured on the job training to be able to lead a team of 8-10 production adjuncts. You will be hands on in this function learning processes in various divisions of production along with learning how to operate various machines. No day will be the same, this will be physical and fast paced initially to be able to train new employees that come into business. Take complete ownership of your team once you have a solid knowledge of how the Production side of the business operates. What the ideal candidate looks like • Must have previous team lead practice – Food manufacturing is highly desirable but not essential • Flexibility is key – for the night shift function you will have to be available initially to train during the day for a 2 week period • Must be able to work in fast paced environment • Must be able to positively influence the team and lead from the front • Will have great communication expertise • Will bring new ideas to the table ***To be considered for this function you will have to submit an MOJ Check*** Shifts available: 7am – 5pm 8pm to 6am 11pm – 9am Ready for your next career move??
