M? tenei t?rana mahi – About this function As our new Manager, Deputy Chief Executive Office, you’ll be a key senior leader in the P and C group with delegated authority from the Deputy Chief Executive for the operational running of the group. You can expect to be a sounding-board and strategic advisor to the Deputy Chief Executive, while progressing key initiatives on their behalf. Using your broad practice, networks, and relationships, you’ll look ahead to anticipate organisational needs and be able to connect and synthesise information, insights, opportunities, and risks to ensure the Deputy Chief Executive is operating top of scope and the function is operating effectively. You’ll lead and empower a team of shared support services to ensure the prosperous delivery of effective and high-quality business advice and support across ACC and P and C.
