No qualifications? No worries! Adecco Wellington and a certified training provider are holding multiple Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) Courses through August, September, and October. These will be full-day courses and for those that attend and successfully pass, Adecco may place you with one of our fantastic clients where you will gain hands-on experience. What's in it for you? » Opportunity to gain an NZQA unit standard (31958) in traffic management » Work with fantastic clients with great training programmes » Full PPE provided; all you need is a great work ethic! » Payrate will be between $21.30 and $22.45 » The cost of the course can be deducted from your weekly pay over a three-week period. Upskilling opportunities - stick with us, and you will have the opportunity to consider the Traffic Management Operative (TMO) course. If successful, this may see you gain another NZQA unit standard (31959) and your Waka Kotahi Warrant. From there, there is the potential for Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), Class 2 Drivers License or wheels, tracks & rollers (WTR) licence endorsements - we want to see you succeed, grow into these roles and build a long-term career in the industry - which is booming!
