The expectation around this roles function is to provide: » To provide stakeholders, client and visitors with an expert front line service. » Ensure administration functions within the office are carried out to a consistently high standard, making sure that we are meeting and exceeding the needs of our internal and external customers and stakeholders. » Assist Taranaki based staff with meeting scheduling and organisation, procurement and organisation of supplies, claiming, programming, filing and general administration. A long and robust background in Administration is not necessary, if you can work in a fast paced, high volume environment and have excellent customer service skills your half way there. You need an excellent telephone manner and ability to construct professional emails, be resilient and have solid PC skills and ability to learn new databases and processes quickly.
