Are you an experienced leader with a passion for aged care, strong business acumen, and a commitment to community connection? We are seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee the operations of our clients M?ngere facility, ensuring resident-centered care while managing financial and business goals.

About the Role:

As the Care Home Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to create a safe, welcoming environment for residents while overseeing compliance, reporting, and audits to meet regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include:
   » Managing budgets, P&L, and business plans to drive financial success and operational efficiency
   » Building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders, residents, families, and the local community, ensuring high-quality service and strong community ties
   » Optimizing occupancy levels through community engagement and a focus on exceptional resident experiences
   » Conducting regular audits and compliance checks, with detailed reporting to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements
   » Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and upholding compliance across all operational areas

About You:

   » Proven leadership experience in aged care or healthcare, with strong business and financial acumen

   » A current nursing APC
