About the role: A full time, permanent vacancy currently exists for a Store person to support our client at their Mangere site. This is a busy and physical role so the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is a must. We need someone who wants to get stuck in and learn on the job. There is only one Storeperson in this team so there will be a lot of working on your own, however there is support on site from the Operations Manager and Logistics Coordinator. Responsibilities will include: » Processing and dispatching inwards and outwards goods » Use of forklifts & packing machinery » Ensuring minimal damages to orders » Maintaining accurate inventory records » Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and correct » Ensuring that your workplace is tidy, clean and well organized » Facilitating the flow of stock from the stockroom to the floor by working closely with the entire team Skills and Experience: » A full (clean) drivers licence. (or close to getting a full) » A workplace Health and Safety focus » Exceptional attention to detail » To be driven and motivated to achieve » To be physically fit » A can-do / will-do attitude » The ability to cope well under pressure » Excellent time keeping and attendance » Have a current Forklift Licence If this sounds like you and you'd like to have a confidential chat, then we'd love to hear from you!
