The Ticketing Coordinator leads our ticket sales team and is responsible for all aspects of ticketing. For example : liaising with promoters, event building, event checking, pre/post-event reporting, website maintenance, handling ticket requests and customer service enquiries. Our ideal appointee will be a creative, can do, motivated and dynamic team player with the following expertise and practice: » practice in People & Operational Management of sales channel teams » Leading and fostering relationships with ticketing partners (Promoters and Ticket platform providers, eg Ticketek) » Financial management and reconciliation practice » practice in leveraging ticketing data and insights to determine planning » A thirst for continuous improvement and to optimise operations » practice of working alongside a Marketing team to stimulate sales We're looking for Somebody with a passion for live performance who lives for delighting customers but is just as comfortable with an Excel spreadsheet or editing a website listing. So if you love the performing arts, have a head for numbers, enjoy dealing with drama every day, and feed off customer interactions, this could be the perfect function for you.
